Shipping and Returns Policy

I- DELIVERY

Delivery is made within an average time estimated by Colissimo - La Poste for the different destinations:

- To Metropolitan France & Monaco: 2 to 3 working days

- To all countries of the European Union (excluding Metropolitan France and Monaco) & DOM TOM: 3 to 5 working days

- To the rest of the world : 5 to 7 working days

Delivery times are given as an indication, we are not responsible for the carrier's failure to meet delivery times.

Destination:

We deliver worldwide but our shipments are tracked and insured for the following destinations: France (Metropolitan + DOM TOM), all countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Saint-Barthélemy, Monaco, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.

Processing and shipping:

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and any order placed before noon will be shipped the same day. We ship within 48 hours at the latest, however if you place an order after Friday 12 noon it will be effective the following Monday.

Shipping costs:

In France, delivery is free.
Delivery is free in other countries from a basket value of €130.

The delivery prices are:

  • for France: free
  • for the European Union from €9.54
  • for the rest of the world from €12.73

Shipping costs include:

  • Application fees
  • Preparation, packaging and protection of the product
  • Handling and logistics to your delivery point

II- RETURN

The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the delivery date. The return costs will be at your expense.

To ensure that the return and refund take place in the best possible conditions, please strictly follow the steps to follow (failing this, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

  1. Write to us at contact@mohayati.com with your order number, to inform us of your request for withdrawal. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (shipping date).

  2. Please ensure that all products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.

  3. Please include in your package with the product(s) in question, the number of the order concerned as well as your first and last name.

  4. Return the package to the following address:

Choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number we will not accept any claims regarding a lost package.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package and it may take an additional 7 days for your bank to process the refund.
